Debbie D. is a narrator and actor in Oxfordshire UK. She currently narrates with audible under the pseudonym, Susan Greenway and performs on the Oxfordshire acting circuit. Maria was educated at Huddersfield University where she attained a BA in Business and Finance and then went on to complete an Open University degree in Law after the birth of her first son and went on to practice Family Law for a few years before deciding on a complete career change when she started working with children with Special Educational Needs and it was here that she rekindled her love for the Theatre and started to see the benefits of children practising drama to help build their confidence. Maria has always had a passion for drama ever since her college years and now teaches drama to children via her after school drama clubs as well as a Saturday drama club for children in the local area. Maria’s recent roles on stage have included Doris from Terence Rattigan’s Flare Path, Mrs Mockridge from J. B. Priestley’s Dangerous Corner and Franz Orsini Rosenberg from Peter Shaffer’s Amadeus. Maria has also recently finished a Shakespearian festival where she played Nurse in Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.
